Bo has been with Claycomb since 1995.  In 2001, he was named Vice President.  In 2008, he opened our Austin office, and in 2022, he became President.

Happy administrators and successfully completed projects are Bo’s professional motivation as evidenced by the many repeat clients he has maintained over the years.

Guided by the motto, “Don’t assume anything,” Bo is known for highly collaborative planning and pre-design conversations.   Coupled with extensive experience working with stakeholders and an in-depth understanding of the construction process, Bo excels at positioning school districts for bond success.

When’s he’s not helping develop facility solutions, you can find Bo on the golf course or cheering on his favorite team, the New Orleans Saints.

Bo holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University.
